added code to allow resolution of user's credentials for internal (intranet) feeds. this code was tested on sharepoint, and was able to resolve the feed for the following scenario:
feedreader webpart on page on server A (SharePoint), RSS feed page (aspx) hosted on server B (IIS), reading from server C (SQLServer) to get data to create RSS XML.
